A6: Yes, it is possible to send free samples, but the shipping cost is paid by you.However, usually we will design the machine according to customer's samples and requirements. We have a professional team with rich experience in the appearance design and manufacturing of machines.
Q7: Can you also supply raw materials?
A7: Yes, of course. We have long-term cooperation with many raw material suppliers. They can provide us with high quality products and good prices. This is in our service chain.
Q8: How do I know the product cost?

1) We can suggest which product mix is suitable for your market and analyze the sample cost for your local market.
2) We will provide you with a detailed cost report based on your samples, so you can now how to calculate the profit of the open factory.

Q9: What kind of training can you provide?

1) You can send the technology to our factory for training on how to run the machine before delivery. Our company provides full accommodation for you.
2) Once the machine arrives at your factory, we will send an engineer to your location to install and test the machine and train your workers
3) If you need longer working hours for engineers, we can help you to hire experienced staff.
Q10: What auxiliary equipment is needed for the production line? Do I need water?
A10: The only auxiliary equipment needed is an air compressor, our production line does not need any water.
Q11: What about machine warranty?
A11: The seller offers a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
